For Sale/Rent Sign Install Request
River Creek Owners’ Association Sign Installation Requirements To create a harmonious look throughout our community, signs posted on resale and rental properties must be one of the standard River Creek signs which are obtained through the On-Site Management Office. River Creek real estate signs comprise of an insert with the Realtor’s contact information and a sign backboard and post.

The costs of the signs are as follows:
• If a new insert needs to be ordered, the cost of the new insert, rental, installation and removal charges of the real estate sign is $253.00.
• After you have purchased an insert, the re-use charge of these signs is $200.00 to cover the rental, installation and removal charges.
• If you need to switch just the insert, the cost is $75.00

We accept CHECKS ONLY, made payable to River Creek Owners’ Association or RCOA. We must have your payment in hand before your sign can be ordered or installed. The policy of the Association is that signs are placed parallel to the street. The purpose of this is to maintain a consistent appearance. REAL ESTATE SIGNS ARE NOT TO BE RE-POSITIONED. Re-positioning of the sign will result in it being removed immediately. Open House signs are prohibited unless they are issued from the Association Office. All signs are installed and removed on Friday of each week.
